Shipping Instruction:

IMPORTANT: Contact Us Before Shipping

Do NOT ship any module without contacting us first.

Before sending anything, you must place an order and receive shipping instructions from us.
Orders can be placed by:

• Phone call

• Text message

• Email

• Contact form at the end of this page

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide:

• The correct shipping address

• Service confirmation

• Any vehicle- or module-specific notes

• Remove the airbag (SRS) module only

• Do not send airbags, sensors, seatbelts, or vehicle parts unless instructed

• Clearly label the package with:

  • Your name

  • Phone number

  • Vehicle VIN

  • Brief description (example: “Airbag module crash reset”)

How to Package Your Module (Very Important)

To prevent damage during shipping:

• Wrap the module in multiple layers of bubble wrap

• Ensure all sides and corners are well padded

• Place the wrapped module inside a sturdy cardboard box

• Fill all empty space with padding (bubble wrap or packing paper)

• The module must not move inside the box

⚠️ We are NOT responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or carrier handling.
If a module arrives damaged, service may be delayed or declined.

Shipping Responsibility

• Customer pays for shipping to us

• We cover return shipping back to you

• We recommend using:

  • USPS Priority

  • UPS

  • FedEx
    (Tracking is strongly recommended)

Turnaround Time

• Typical service time: same day or next business day after module arrival

• Return shipping is processed immediately after service completion
